EVERYONE was getting in the autumn spirit in Ballarat yesterday as the city enjoyed cool, crisp conditions with some sunshine.
The Ballarat Botanical Gardens and neighbouring Lake Wendouree proved the perfect playground for many outdoor enthusiasts yesterday.
Forecasters expect today to bring similar weather with patchy fog and a morning frost giving way to a top of 15 degrees and sunny conditions.

Tomorrow will be the warmest day in the current forecast period, reaching a top of 18 degrees with showers extending from the south-west in the late morning.
It will be wet on Wednesday and Thursday, with tops of 12 and 13 degrees and showers on both days and south/south westerly winds.
