Well done Victrack!
The Courier article says it all: "derelict, graffiti-covered" and seriously damaged.
Now: tidy site, less graffiti and better views at the crossing.
As stated last Wednesday "does anyone care it seems not".
If these people seriously wanted to fix these items they would have done it.
No point complaining that some one else should fix things and pay the bills.
