THE injury crisis continues to worsen at Gordon.
Midfield/defender Ash Munari (ankle), onballer Ryan Aquilina (thumb) and forward James Murphy (leg) are the latest players forced out of the team.
Things aren’t so good at Hepburn, either, with recruit Luke Mitchell expected to miss a couple of weeks with a fractured cheekbone, Alan Ware left out with an ankle problem and John Comelli expected to miss with a sore knee.
This adds to Dan O’Halloran’s long-term knee injury, with last year’s league runner-up best-and-fairest seen on crutches at the weekend’s derby against Daylesford.
In a boost, however, premiership players Jarryd King and Nick Walsh have been added to the team after starting the year in the reserves.
