BALLARAT Football League's best young players will be invited to train for representative teams to take on Bendigo in next month's annual Goldfield Trophy.
Coaches will select under-12, under-13, under-14, under-15, under-16.5 and for the first time, a youth girls team.
Selection trials will be held over the coming weeks — on consecutive Wednesdays between May 23 and June 13 — before the clashes on JUne 16 and Bendigo's Harry Trott Oval.
