A FINGER injury will keep the important Nathan Skewes sidelined for Newlyn’s match with Carngham-Linton.
The Cats will miss Skewes, who has been named amongst their best in five of six outings.
Skewes is not the only injury concern at Newlyn, however, with key names Nathan Blomeley (hamstring), Luke Faull (groin) and Adam Briggs (hamstring) all still missing.
Last round’s débutante Sean Willmott broke a humorous bone in his arm and will spend a lengthy period on the sidelines.
There is good news, however, with interleague VCFL medallist Tristan May to return. Carngham-Linton has made just one change, with Darcy Franklin coming into the line-up.
PREDICTION: Newlyn by 35 points.
