Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Property Development team in Wendouree which has almost 2 years involvement in subdivision development with projects ranging in value from $200,000 to in excess of $10 million. These projects include single stage developments through to large scale multiple stage developments.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Be degree qualified in relevant discipline  
• Have detailed experience in Civil construction, ideally with a focus on earthworks, roads & drainage
• Earthworks and pavement designs
• Erosion and sediment control designs
• Water quality and design of stormwater drainage
• Land Development 
• Be able assist in engaging and managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Be familiar with project quality management
• Have strong organisational skills in order to be able to manage your time and plan effectively in a fast paced, diverse and changing environment
• Have exceptional communication skills will be one of your key strengths, in particular your ability to negotiate and influence others at a variety of levels of business will be key to your success
• Have the ability to work well as part of a team
