Claims Manager

Due to steady growth our Client; a Global Insurer based in the CBD are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Consultant who enjoys dealing directly with commercial property clients. This role is an integral position within a well-known, respected Insurer; the organisation truly value their employees.

Key day to day responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance claims with a focus on strata.
• Finding the best solution for the clients
• Liaising with underwriters, clients and the Account Managers
• Ensuring customer service standards are met

To Be Successful in this role You will need:

• Solid experience lodging and managing claims with experience working across a broad portfolio
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and underwriters
• Proactive attitude
