CHRG has a fantastic opportunity available. The successful candidate should be flexible with time & availability to work both weekdays and weekends. 

ABOUT YOU...

• Min. one-year exp. in a leadership role
• Experience in gaming, beverage, and catering operations is desired but not essential
• Current RSA and RCG qualifications (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to handle conflict respectfully and efficiently
• Excellence in leadership, including decision making, mentoring and time management
• A willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
• Great communication, organisation, and customer service skills
• Friendly, welcoming nature that pays attention to detail
• A desire for continuous improvement both professionally and personally
• Computer, numeracy, English literacy skills
