Excavator and Loader Operators

One of Victoria’s biggest Civil Construction companies is looking for experienced Excavator and Loader Operators to join their team!
They have a big focus on long-term success, a great company culture and a focus on opportunities for sustainable construction . This company are willing to on board new people into their team s to work on several subdivision sites across Melbourne.

Your new role
Your role will be working as an Excavator and / or Loader Operator on major subdivision site s . Your main duties will include bulk earthworks, and excavating trenches to allow pipe installation for sewer, stormwater, and drainage. You may also be required to do other duties such as labouring.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous machine operator civil labouring experience (either excavator and/or loader)
• White Card
• Reliable transport
• Excavator and/or Loader Ticket
• Full time availability
• A good work ethic

What you'll get in return
You will receive above award wages as well as overtime penalties, and travel. There is an opportunity to prove yourself and obtain long, full time work through Hays or working directly through the client.
