Finance Manager - Shepparton

Your new role
Reporting through to the Managing Director and the board your duties will include:

• Team management – two direct reports (e.g. workflow management and reviews)
• Cash and debt management – banking, forecasting and analysis
• Foreign currency management
• Oversight of tax, FBT, GST, PAYG and other compliance requirements
• Statutory reporting – including, preparation of financial statements
• Manage annual audit process
• Review of other financial accounting tasks – e.g., reconciliations & adjustments
• Provide analysis, advice and additional reports to stakeholders as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience leading a team – either in professional practice or commerce
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and related compliance e.g., accounting standards, tax, statutory reporting etc.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to coach others
• CA/CPA qualification and degree qualified
