How You’ll Shine
With the direction of the General Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing, co-ordinating and completing the day to day operation of the Maintenance department.
You will be required to maintain a high standard with all areas of unit repairs, external property and resort common area maintenance in line with Body Corporate budgets and requirements as outlined in the caretaker agreement. In addition, you will be required to maintain up to date records of all repairs, maintenance contracts, inventories and fire safety records and associated department related paperwork.
