Your new company

Located in the Inner Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, our client is a private education facility who is seeking a maintenance officer to work in their team. This position will involve completing preventative and reactive tasks and assisting in the upkeep at the large prestigious facility.

Your new role

You will be required demonstrate a can-do easy approach to problem solving on the daily, undertaking the following, however not limited to:

• Furniture moving/room set up
• Repairing damaged fixtures
• Taps & washer repair
• Patch & paint
• Demolition/Rubbish removal
• Repairing doors & locks
• Ad hoc duties (e.g. sweeping, high pressure clean)

• Changing lights

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous professional work experience as a maintenance officer within a school
• Trade qualification
• Working with Children’s Check (current)
