Our Company

Security Eyes Australia supplies a complete range of security products to suit residential and commercial needs, focusing on professional CCTV surveillance camera system, Face & Fingerprint time attendance access control, Alarm & Intercom systems.

Security Eyes Australia is currently recruiting a full time Office Administrator to join in this reputable security company.

As an office administrator, you will need to undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within the company to run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following

  • Working closely with the installation team on job management;
  • Communicating with customers and organizing installation schedules for customers;
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and service requirements and checking customers' satisfaction after each job;
  • Maintaining a precise record of all sales, expenses and activity reports for both sales and installation teams;
  • Administer and update customer details and installation/sales information via MYOB system electronically and manually;
  • Liaising with various suppliers and managing the inventory for the business;
  • Providing feedback to superior authorities on a regular basis;
  • Supervising the work satisfaction of all staff;
  • Following up on accounts payable and receivable;
  • Direct sales in the office;
  • High level of customer service and administrative support to the sales team;
  • Uploading & updating product information & pictures to the websites for marketing purpose;
  • Creating new product brochures and fact sheets using MS and Photoshop;
  • Dealing with all complex queries and complaints on the telephone, by email and in person;
  • All other general administrations activities

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as an Office Administrator essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as directed with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong MYOB skills
  • Advanced skills in office computing applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Photoshop
  • A good team player
