Your new company
One of my favourite clients due to recent success with successfully placing candidates, these guys are an extremely experienced and well networked property development advisory firm.

A team of 7 means you will have unique exposure to Directors and the opportunity to learn from the best.
This organisation core business is front end development/project strategy and replanning and the PM service is an add on they provide as they implement the re-planned and enhanced scheme. Essential they provide full life cycle development services.

Your new role
You will come in as APM or a PM depending on experience, and learn how to successfully deliver projects as a consultant from start to finish. Working closely with a SPM or Director you will across projects from residential, commercial, education, a broad range of sectors and values. You will learn the DM and PM role, provide advisory services across full project life cycles.

An unique opportunity to learn both project management and development management.

What you'll need to succeed- as per clients request

• A degree in a construction related field, engineering, QS, Construction Management
• 8 years+ working with Tier 1 or 2 builders here in Melbourne
• Minimum of 4 years with one builder- longevity
• Held a project management type role within this builder
• Worked on similar type projects and values $30m+
• Excellent communication skills
• Eastern suburbs location- work from home 2 days
