 Leverage Acadmey is a Registered Training Organisation. This position will ensure our clients, are receiving customer satisfaction. To also address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end, Ultimately contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard. 

PURPOSE OF POSITION  

To seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with existing & potential customers.  The use of communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, also to act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to the end. To ensure proper after-sales service the Business Development Representative will boost sales and contribute to the company’s long-term business growth. 

 NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORK PERFORMED 

  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • An ability to gasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  •  Ensure budget and time requirements are met ·
  •  Develop innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience 

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
