Exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Project Engineer - Signalling to join a major tier 1 company in Melbourne!

My client is an Australian renowned and main player in the Rail industry. They have many locations throughout Australia and have continued to go from strength to strength and expand, thus creating a rare opportunity to join their highly dynamic team based in Melbourne, VIC working on a number of exciting and innovative rail projects.

This is a permanent, full-time role and as Senior Project Engineer - Signalling Civil, you will be an integral part of the team and will see you demonstrate a high-level ability to lead and direct the design and delivery of a number of exciting Signalling projects plus support scope of works within scheduled timeframes and budgets.

You will be a main player in the success of major projects you will be leading, plus have the enviable opportunity to be part of the continued development of rail in Australia for years to come!

Skills and experience needed to be successful in the role:

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering, management or an appropriate discipline and / or relevant industry experience
• Solid experience within signalling
• Minimum experience of 10 years in Rail infrastructure projects
• Experience of working on State agencies projects
• Experience in the administration and management of delivery of major projects
• Highly developed written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated commercial acumen
• Full unrestricted work rights in Australia (No sponsorship is on offer)
