The business was established over 25 years ago and specialise in delivering projects in the education, aged care / retirement living, mixed use and residential sectors. The business has a solid 'repeat business' client base and the financial capacity to deliver projects valued up to $150 million. The business pride themselves on their innovation and ability to work collaboratively to deliver a high-quality project every time.

Job Description

• 5-8 years (min) proven site management experience Trade qualification or associated tertiary qualification
• Strong experience in project programming & planning
• Proven ability to assist with scheduling and programming of site works
• Proven track record successfully delivering commercial (new build) project values at over $50M
• A sound knowledge of WHS&E with solid communication and relationship building skills
