The Role:

• Problem solving at short notice - from covering shifts to visual merchandising.
• Operationally savvy! - Overseeing the daily operations of the store
• Providing exceptional customer service to the community 
• Leading a team of dedicated staff
• Get on the road and conduct measure and quotes confidently!

  
About You:

• Confident store manager who loves to lead their team to success!
• You have a strong passion and focus on customer service
• Organised to a T! With the ability to be disciplined and efficient.
• Strong communication, motivational and leadership skills that display an eagerness to make a difference.
• Full Drivers license and own transport

• $65,000 + Super 
• Uncapped commission - OTE over $100K
