The ladder-leaders were defeated at home by the second-placed Brighton District, which cruised to an eight-wicket win.
Naps-Sebas managed 8-138 from their 45 overs thanks to 65 from middle-order bat Debbie Jones.
But without any other significant contributors, the home side’s total proved not enough as Brighton fought back from a poor start to secure an easy win.
Wickets to Briony Polkinghorne and Jessy Curran had the visitors in strife at 2-2, but a match-winning 137-run third-wicket stand between Leanne Leggieri (81 not out) and Lauren Wood (41 not out) saw Brighton reach the target in the 38th over.
Naps-Sebas, which remain on top of the ladder, now prepare for a Twenty20 fixture with Essendon Maribyrnong Park in Essendon on Saturday.
