On reading The Courier (Tuesday) morning on page 6, I came across a heading that I objected to.
The heading read "Cop heads NSW Recovery".
I feel we are forgetting the position certain people have in society, for example the prime minister referred to by her surname as well - it is accepted by the wider community.
We may not like the person but we should respect the position.
I might not be able to make much of a difference, but if nobody takes notice how far do we let our standards slip?
