Fears grow for missing Wendouree woman

POLICE have fears for the safety of a Ballarat woman who has been missing for four days.

Suman Rameshainah, 35, has not been seen since she left her Wendouree home about 2pm on Monday without any personal belongings, Senior Constable Adam West said.

“Police are concerned for Suman as she has not contacted her family or friends in the last three days ... anyone who sees Suman is urged to call triple zero immediately,” Senior Constable West said.

The Indian woman is 150 centimetres tall, slim and has long black hair.

Investigators said she was wearing jeans, a black jacket and thongs when she left her home on Carpenter Street.
