Details: Ballarat’s Zaragosa bar and restaurant will bring Spanish authenticity to Tapas at Michael Unwin Wines with a delicious six-course menu to compliment the winery’s Umbrella Man signature range and flagship Tattooed Lady Shiraz and Muscat. Ballarat Bonsai Exhibition

Where: Robert Clark Centre, next to the conservatory at the Ballarat Botanical Gardens.

Record attempt
Get Your Mo On – Guiness World Record Attempt
When: Sunday at 9.30am for 10.30am record attempt.
Where: Loreto College Oval, Wendouree Pde, opposite the Olympic Rings at Lake Wendouree.

Steam Rally
102nd Lake Goldsmith Steam Rally
When: Saturday and Sunday, between 10am and 4pm.
Where: Lake Goldsmith, Carngham-Lake Goldsmith Road.
Details: Steam and oil engines, operational 90-tonne steam shovel, 1903 Bucyrus rail mounted shovel, steam-fired powerhouse, blacksmith, Furphy tank rebarreling, tractors, motorcycles, cars, trucks and vintage caravans. The grand parade is held at 2.15pm daily. Attractions for ladies and children. Cost is adults $15, children aged under 16 are free.
