The conclusion of the tournament saw the competition benchmark win 18 out of the 35 finals held at Creswick's Mt Prospect Tennis Association, including titles in the men's and women's singles and men's and mixed doubles.
The overall victory marks the 12th time in the past 15 years that the region has taken the overall honours - with the other streak of six titles in row coming between the years of 2000-2005.
"We have a very tight-knit group that is dedicated to the success of our region," Barwon team director Michael Mullen said.
"There are several high quality players in our team who could be out playing points tournaments at the moment, but instead they have preferred to play here with their region and support their team.
"They have done the right thing by our region and it's just proof that success breeds success."
Host region Central Highlands put in a much stronger overall performance this time around, winning the most improved team award.
The team has made a leap from last place and into third this year, with the success coming via way of wins in four of the of the junior categories.
