Whatever your hangover cure, two Ballarat boys are hoping your pangs for fast food remain fresh in the morning.
Last month Brayden Templeton and David Berriman launched Happy Hangovers – Ballarat's only fast food delivery targeted specifically at those who've partied too hard.
The idea is simple – customers text, Facebook message or phone in their greasy takeaway orders and within an hour, it will be delivered to their doorstep.
"We've had a number of people call us to ask if we are a real business, they think it's a joke," Brayden, 26, said.
"Others have been shocked that we are real."
Operating Thursday through to Sunday, the boys charge a delivery fee and only travel to homes within a 10km radius of Ballarat.
The business has been so far proven popular.
"We have more than 2000 Facebook likes," Brayden said.
"People from Melbourne and even Queensland have messaged and asked whether we deliver outside of Ballarat."
Brayden and David said the service was quite common overseas.
"It's pretty big in the United Kingdom and in Belfast," David, 26, said.
"We've even heard stories of similar businesses starting in Ballarat, but not taking off," Brayden added.
The boys are hoping to expand their delivery service beyond fast food in the near future.
"Maybe even delivering pain killers and water bottles will be on the agenda," Brayden said.
