The CFA has issued an all clear advice notice, saying that the fire has now subsided.
CFA crews will continue to patrol the area and have warned that smoke may still be visible from nearby roads and communities.
The CFA had earlier issued a watch and act warning for the grass fire near Derwent Jacks Road.
