Despite missing out in the big one with Restrepo, who finished a fast-finishing fifth in the Inter Dominion Grand Final (3009m), Stewart and her team captured two of the seven group 1 races on offer at Menangle.
Star colt Major Secret set a new three-year-old world record in winning the New South Wales Derby (2400m) by a neck from favourite Bling It On.
Major Secret also equalled the Australian record for the 2400m trip, clocking the same time of 1:55.6 previously set by Excel Stride.
In the following race, stablemate Guaranteed refused to be outdone with a tough victory in the Chariots Of Fire (1609m).
The brilliant four-year-old raced wide for most of the journey to record a narrow win over Ginger Bliss, clocking a new Australasian record mile rate of 1:50.4 in the process.
Despite finishing fifth, Restrepo was gallant in the $750,000 feature.
Driver Gavin Lang gained a late run on the Ballarat Pacing Cup champion to close hard behind Tasmanian winner Beautide.
Stewart's other runner of the day - Bettors Package - finished a close-up fourth at huge odds in the New South Wales Oaks (2400m).
The horse gained a start after the scratching of stablemate Whereibylong.
