The Rebels will travel into Falcons' territory in Camperdown for the fixture.
Those set to pull on the Rebels' guernsey for the first time are: Tom Schnerring (Warrnambool), Jacob Hopper (St Patrick's College/Leeton-Whitton), Angus Martin (Laharum), Matthew Johnston (North Ballarat City), Eric Guthrie (Coleraine), Korrey Smith (Dartmoor) and Sam Jasper (Kalkee).
Rebels talent manager Phil Partington said it was a great reward for all the hard work these players had made to earn their first game.
Those to debut were notified a week ago, in a club bid to help initial nerves and excitement settle before match preparations.
This is the Rebels' first visit to the picturesque Leura Oval in Camperdown for TAC Cup under-18 football.
The Rebels will host the Falcons in their traditional bout at Warrnambool's Reid Oval, border territory for each club, in round 13 on July 6.
