Not much in the way of rain, as it's partly cloudy for much of the day with a top temperature of 18 degrees.
POLICE
Ballarat police attended a minor single car collision on the Western Highway at Woodmans Hill in the early morning. There were no injuries and the highway wasn't blocked.
Bomb experts were also yesterday still at the scene of an explosion at Derrinallum, 80 kilometres south west of Ballarat, which is believed to have claimed the life of one man and resulted in two police officers being taken to hospital.
FIRE
Ballarat City Fire attended a call-out for the smell of burning at McDonald's in Bakery Hill, which turned out to be a false alarm.
They also sorted out a gas heater fire at Sebastopol, which may have been caused by a birds nest behind the heater.
Fire services have also headed back down to Derrinallum for the continuing investigation into an explosion.

Two services have been cancelled this morning due to a train fault.
The 8:16 service from Bacchus Marsh and the 10:04 service from Wendouree will both be replaced by coaches.
