O’Keefe has replaced Hepburn’s Gary Cooke at the helm after last year’s triumph over Ovens and King.
Following a trial session at Llanberris last week, selectors have named a 10-person squad, with two emergencies.
Waubra and Ballan are the best represented of the Central Highlands clubs with three players each in the team, while Learmonth have two and Dunnstown and Springbank one.
There is expected to be two training sessions in the lead-up to the senior match, which will be played at Bungaree on Saturday, May 24.
The senior encounter will be the only netball game on the day and will be played alongside the senior football clash.
Central Highlands footballers will play an under-17.5 intraleague curtain-raiser.
