A MAN who led police on a two-and-a-half hour pursuit from South Australia into Victoria has been jailed for two years.

Ethan Dwyer, 20, pleaded guilty to seven charges in Horsham Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
He was sentenced to two years' imprisonment, with a non-parole period of 18 months, for reckless conduct endangering life, dangerous driving while being pursued by police, and driving whilst disqualified.
The court also imposed a $2500 fine for using an unregistered motor vehicle, possessing fraudulent licence plates, driving an unroadworthy vehicle and drug driving.
All of the Wendouree man's licences have been cancelled.
He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for three years.
Dwyer was arrested near Wail about 5.30pm on Thursday after Horsham Highway Patrol members laid down stop sticks.
South Australia Police Senior Constable Tim Dodds said the chase started about 2.30pm CST in Coonalpyn.
