Today looks like being the best day of the week with a top of 19 degrees and not a cloud in sight.

POLICE
Police are appealing for information after a burglary at a church in Daylesford earlier this week.
The value of the items stolen from the church is in excess of $100,000 and include items from the 17th century.
Detectives are appealing for anyone with information about the burglary or anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity within the vicinity of the church to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or visit www.crimestoppers.com.au
FIRE
Fire crews had three call-outs overnight.
Crews were called to a small fire at Nazareth House early in the evening.
Around 2am crews were also called to a fire near the old Ballarat Golf Course where they believe someone was attempting to conduct a burn-off.

Nothing to report from local paramedics.

No problems for commuters so far with trains running on time.
