Female bowlers in line for inclusion to the Victorian state side are Norma Betteridge, Cherryl Helmore, Elaine Treloar, Julie Nimmo, Heather Hopkinson and Elizabeth Kierce.
Men named are Ian Hedger, Wayne Pattie, Rob Ohlsen, Stuart Hedger, Jacob Croft and David Speechley.
Croft, 17, is the only newcomer to the initial selections while Stuart Hedger has been named for the second consecutive year.
“We expect most of them to get in,” Ballarat Indoor Bias Bowls secretary Ian Hedger said.
Trials will be held at the West Sunshine Community Centre on June 21-22.
Initial squads of 32 and 35 are set for both teams, but will be whittled down to 26 for each after the trials.
The Australian Indoor Bias Bowls Championships will take place in Mt Gambier during the final week of August.
Victoria will hold two practice sessions after the final selections are made.
