The College boys progressed to the decider with a 64-point thumping of Catholic College Sale in Wednesday's second semi final in Cragieburn.
A big first half set up the 11.18 (84) to 3.2 (20) victory in windy conditions, with Cody Grant, Tom Herbert and Sam Dunstan all booting two goals each.
Josh Webster, Matt Davidson, Grant and Keegan Mason were amongst the best players for Clarendon, which will now prepare for the playoff against Warrnambool's Emmanuel College in July.
Clarendon has won seven of the past eight grand finals, including last year over Emmanuel.
Meanwhile, Ballarat High School is through to the School Sport Victoria senior boys' semi finals.
High School won a round robin against Horsham College and Warrnambool's Brauer Secondary College, also on Wednesday.
Ballarat will now represent the greater western region in a clash against a team from the western metro region in August.
Meanwhile, Melbourne Vixens premiership player and grand final MVP Tegan Caldwell will visit Ballarat Grammar this morning.
Caldwell, who will represent Australia at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, hosts a clinic at the school from 11am.
She was named best on court in the Vixens' ANZ Championship victory over Queensland Firebirds on Sunday.
