Ballarat Police have called for witnesses to a car accident at the corner of Camp and Sturt Street to come forward.
Police were told that a person driving a white Toyota Hilux ute was seen turning out of Camp Street onto Sturt Street at 12.40am when the driver lost control.
The driver careered onto the footpath and knocked a number of bollards on the median strip.
Police said the driver was unknown to them.

FIRE
Ballarat City fire crews responded to a number of reports of people burning off at their properties overnight.
Crews also attended to a gas leak at a Lake Wendouree house about 8.45pm on Saturday.
WEATHER
