Brown Hill took one hour and 12 minutes to polish off its Ballarat Cricket Association club firsts premiership win on Saturday.
Victory was inevitable but the Napoleons-Sebastopol's tail kept lingering and the Bulls' bowling lost a little of its edge.
Naps-Sebas resumed on 4-18 at the crease.
Bulls' playing-coach Dan Davies struck early to claim Tyler Dittloff and Naps' captain Carmen Mapatuna in the third over on day three.
Davies, playing against the team he used to coach last season, caught-and-bowled Jake Eyers in his next over and Naps was teetering 7-29.
Bulls' quick Matt McMahon, who set the Bulls' up in a 4-5 haul on day two, claimed his fifth and sixth wickets in the 12th over.
But it was almost another half an hour before, fittingly, McMahon ended the game by bowling Naps' junior Zac Hunter.
Brown Hill had to claim an outright win in the final round to make the finals - the result made Naps-Sebas' final found match against then-reigning premier Mount Clear sudden death. Naps held on.
The Bulls have been driven by a sense of unfinished business all season, having lost a blockbuster final to the Mounties by eight runs last summer.
Bulls' captain Ryan Knowles said the season had been a rollercoaster but they could finally enjoy the rewards.
"This is a good feeling, especially after last year,"Knowles said.
"It didn't look like we'd even make it this year, with a few injuries.
"East was the game that turned it around for us - we didn't lose a game for the rest of the season."
