Ms House was last seen leaving her home in Tobin Street, Ararat on 7 January at about 9.15am.
Tanya House is missing.
Police are concerned for Tanya’s welfare due to health issues and have released an image of her.
Ms House is described as having long brown hair and a thin build.
When last seen she was wearing a red shirt, black shawl, black shorts and black thongs.
Anyone with information in relation to her whereabouts is urged to contact Ararat Police Station on 5355 1500.
