What’s Art Got to do With It? will speak to the city’s artists each week, asking them to highlight an artistic work or monument in Ballarat that inspires them.
This week, Ballarat photographer Aldona Kmiec will be sharing the work that sets her soul on fire, along with painter and drawer Lily Mae Martin discussing The Obstruction by Jane Sutherland.
It’s all about opening our eyes and taking a fresh look at the vibrant, cultural city we live in.
And it’s also about interactivity. Watch the videos, tag them, share them, post them, stick them in your status update and send them far and wide so the whole world knows how alive our city really is.
What’s Art Go to do With It? will have a permanent home on The Courier’s website. Keep up-to-date and become immersed in the art world by regularly visiting our webpage to discover new videos. Visit us at www.thecourier.com.au
