The Courier is calling on readers to photograph the stunning, rich colours of the season from their favourite places about the city to be in Autumn.
Gardens with falling yellow, orange and red leaves can be a good start point. Children frolicking in Autumn leaves are always cute. Gorgeous tree-lined roads, like Webster Street, can be inspiring. Lake Wendouree and its season-changing moods are popular, too.
Autumn also signals the start of football season, people drinking steamy hot chocolates in cafes and warm, woolly scarves before the winter cold truly snaps.
The Courier wants to build an online gallery with all your favourite Autumn pictures. The best Autumn photo showcasing the region will take place as The Courier’s new Facebook cover photo.
Send your photos via The Courier’s Facebook page or email cos@thecourier.com.au with the subject ‘Autumn photos’. Entries must be received by Monday, 9am.
So get out your camera and enjoy the season.
