EAST Point has played out a thriller for the second week running in the BFNL A-grade division, narrowly edging out an inspired Ballarat Swans outfit 51-49.
The Swans led by two goals at the main change with Ballarat sharp-shooter Kelly Moran piling on 20 goals. The Kangaroos managed to wrestle back a two goal buffer heading into the final term, which they held onto for the remainder of the battle. The win comes after last week’s nail-biting draw with 2015 premiers North Ballarat City.
