A new accommodation venue in Ballarat will feature the works of local artists, photographers and sculptors on its wall in its gardens, providing a welcome new opportunity for them to showcase their work.
Lauren Clark And Rick Stephens bought a former cafe on Lydiard Street North in July last year, and have spent the last few months stripping out the building to reinvent it as a boutique venue, Greenfield Place.
Greenfield Place is at 313 Lydiard St Nth.
