Victoria’s first Aussie Muscle Car Run saw a collection of iconic vintage cars arriving in Ballarat as part of the statewide event to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.
Holden, Ford, Valiant, Nissan… the muscle machines and sports stars of the 60s and 70s rolled up to the carpark of St Patrick's Cathedral after making a run from Benalla.
Majorca local David Stewart, a long-time motoring enthusiast, brought his 1984 George Fury Group C Bathurst Bluebird Replica he likes to call “Bluey”. David purchased the car 12 years ago when it was a rusting wreck under a gumtree and spent the next six years restoring it to its former glory.
