A new phone application has been released to help motorists and public transport users document their poor commute experiences.
RACV, in conjunction with the Australian Automobile Association, has launched the Australia’s Worst Commute app which aims to highlight Victoria’s worst commuter experiences.
Feedback will be used to help lobby for more investment in sections of road and rail that require significant upgrades.
Ballarat’s rail commuters have been put under significant duress since the opening of the Regional Rail Link last June, with a wheel-wear fault to V/Line trains identified in January adding to the poor punctuality and reliability of rail services.
The app is available at the www.australiasworstcommute.com.au website.
