Big pink result for desert racer

BUSH rider Jackie Peacock raised $11,000 for the McGrath Foundation from her gruelling efforts in powering through the desert this month.The Ballarat motorcyclist spent five hours on the bike in the Hattah Desert Race, travelling 250 kilometres to finish seventh in the Tenacious Women of Hattah class. She dedicated her efforts to her mum, who was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer last year
