$2.5m AMBO STATION
A NEW $2.5 million ambulance station will ensure paramedics have the facilities needed to respond quickly to emergencies in the Bacchus Marsh area.
The existing station was built in 1968 and cannot cope with the growing demand for services. Paramedics at the station respond to 250 call outs a month. A purpose-built ambulance station with a four bay garage will be constructed on a yet-to-be identified new site.
