Missing man Stuart O’Connor may be in Ballarat.
Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate the 51-year-old.
O’Connor was last seen on Penny Avenue in Horsham about 5.45am on August, 9, but is known to frequent the Ballarat, Horsham and Natimuk areas.
He was wearing pants, work boots, a maroon coloured beanie and was carrying a light blue sleeping bag.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Stuart in the hope someone knows his whereabouts.
O’Connor is about 190cm tall with long grey hair and a tanned complexion.
