Sebastopol’s Jenny Harman and Jan Gordon are the Ballarat District Bowls Division over-60 women’s pairs champions.
They defeated Central Wendouree's Joy Adams and Marilyn Blake.
The success continues a fine season for Harman, who has also taken out the over-60 singles title.
The road to the final was not easy for Harman and Gordon, who survived a close semi-final against Barbara Voigt and Judy Earl (Buninyong) at BMS.
Scores were level going into the last end before the Sebastopol duo picked up three shots to secure a final berth.
The other semi-final was an all-Central Wendouree affair, with Adams and Blake comfortably accounting for Kay Geddes and Sue Peters.
Harman and Gordon progress to the regional final.
JANINE Roberts (City Oval) and Ann Draffin (Webbcona) have entered singles in the Bowls Victoria Open Shepparton from Saturday.
BDBD pairs competing will be skippered by Elizabeth Cosgrove, Beth Huntley, Helen Mizzeni and Draffin, with Mizzeni, Huntley and Draffin also in triples.
