The 9th annual Ballarat Gardens in Spring will be a display of brilliant colour this weekend.
Ballarat Gardens in Spring organising member Wendy Taylor said visitors will be amazed at how green and lush everything looks.
“Usually it’s very hot and dry at this time of year, but with the rain everything has just come out in bloom,” Mrs Taylor said.
For a gold coin donation guests can attend an hour long guided tour of the Ballarat Botanical Gardens, starting at the Robert Clark Conservatory. There will also be four unique private gardens open to the public, including that of newly elected mayor Samantha McIntosh.
Two shuttles will run tours on Sunday to the four houses. To book visit www.ballaratopengardens.com.au.
