Horse lovers will see Kryal Castle arena come alive at this Saturday’s Baroque Horse Festival.
The unique event is in its third year and Kyral Castle employee Lisa Leitch said it's all about celebrating the Baroque horses with friesian, andalusian, warlander and derivates breeds on display.
"This year we have about 18 horses and riders with three or four leading horses and the rest riding," Mrs Leitch said.
The event isn’t something people can see every day and Mrs Leitch said there was a huge expression of interest with the festival growing more and more each year.
"Last year there was over 600 attendees and we're hoping for more this year," Mrs Leitch said.
The festival will kick off with its annual parade followed by different Baroque themed displays.
The usual castle activities will still run throughout the day.
The Baroque Horse Festival opens Saturday at 10am.
