The 19-year-old has arrived in Europe to fulfill a long-held dream to ride against the best in the world.
She will get that chance in the second round in Pietramurata in northern Italy on Sunday, April 16, after a training camp in The Netherlands.
“It’s been a life-long dream and I can’t believe that this is actually happening now,” Milesevic said.
“It’s really, really cool. I can’t wait to meet the people and ride the tracks.
“I’ve heard so much about their tracks and can’t wait to get amongst it. It’ll be a really great experience.”
Milesevic, who joins fellow Victorian rider Madison Brown in the event, will be competing as a privateer at selected rounds of the championship. Just how many will depend on how much funding she can raise. “I really want to compete in all remaining rounds.”
