A man charged with the murder of another man at an Indian restaurant in Ballarat will face court again for a committal hearing in June.

Nepalese man, Hari Prasad Dhakal, 49, was in custody and did not appear at the Ballarat Magistrates Court for a committal mention on Thursday.
Dhakal has been charged with murder for the incident last year.
The victim, believed to be in his 30s, was found dead at Ballarat Curry House in Bridge Street at about 8.30pm on October 25.
Details of the alleged incident were not revealed in court, where emotional friends and family of the victim were in attendance.
Dhakal has been summoned to appear in court on June 27.
